一、中心介紹

環境與健康研究中心針對我國多元環境污染物對人體健康的主體毒理效應和協同毒害作用，對水體中新型和有毒污染物的快速、經濟、直觀和高靈敏度的生物監測，全面評估其健康效應，重點研究對環境有毒、致畸和致癌污染物以及其他新型污染物等所導致的人類健康問題，深入揭示環境污染物所引發的各種致病、致癌機理，建立完善的環境健康體系，為人類疾病的防控與治療提供堅實的理論支持和技術保障。

二、主要研究方向介紹

環境與健康研究中心利用斑馬魚模式動物和人體細胞模型，重點針對典型、新型環境污染物開展監測、毒理效應評價與致癌機理研究，開展如下研究方向。

（4）斑馬魚中環境效應基因的敲低、敲除及轉基因魚研制

三、團隊成員簡介

裴得勝，博士，研究員，環境與健康研究中心主任。2006年6月博士畢業于中國科學院水生生物研究所。2006年6月至2009年2月在中國科學院水生生物研究所任助理研究員，從事環境與人類健康的相關研究。2009年2月至2011年2月為Senior Postdoctoral Research Associate，在美國Northeastern University從事DNA 損傷與修復機理研究。2011年2月至2013年2月，為Research Fellow在哈佛大學醫學院Dana-Farber 癌癥研究所從事神經母細胞瘤的癌癥機理研究。2012年8月任中國科學院重慶綠色智能技術研究院研究員。在PLOS Genetics、Cancer Cell、Nucleic Acids Research、BMC Development Biology、Theriogenology、Analytical Biochemistry、Development Dynamics等期刊上共發表研究論文25篇。

Phyllis Strauss，博士，Northeastern University 杰出教授（Matthews），環境與健康研究中心客座研究員。Phyllis Strauss在1971年博士畢業于世界著名的Rockefeller University，1971-1973年在Harvard Medical School做博士后研究，1973-1978年任Northeastern University助理教授，1978年被晉升為副教授，1984年至今為Northeastern University教授、Matthews杰出教授。Phyllis Strauss博士分別在Nature、PNAS、Journal of Experimental Medicine、Molecular and Cellular Biology、DNA Repair、Journal of immunology、Biochemistry、pLoS Computational Biology、Journal of Biological Chemistry、Nucleic Acids Research等高水平期刊上發表60余篇研究論文。

主要研究方向：DNA損傷修復的生物化學與分子生物學，尤其是脫嘌呤嘧啶內切核酸酶（AP endonuclease）在DNA堿基切除修復（base excision repair，BER）中的功能研究。郵箱：p.strauss@neu.edu

邊萬平，博士，助理研究員。2012年11月博士畢業于法國圖盧茲國立綜合理工學院，在該大學果實基因組與生物技術實驗室從事番茄蛋白組學研究，積累了大量的蛋白分析以及數據處理的經驗。邊萬平博士曾從事均一化全長cDNA文庫的構建及EST序列分析，對RNA、DNA的提取、cDNA的合成過程熟悉，積累了大量的基因分析克隆、載體構建等相關經驗，并且參與國家自然科學基金項目(30471214)和重慶市科委自然基金重點項目(No. 2007BA1005)。邊萬平博士曾先后在Plant Physiology（IF=7.054）、Annals of Botany（IF= 4.030）、Plant and Cell Physiology（IF=4.702）等期刊發表文章6篇，其中SCI文章5篇。

主要研究方向：通過基因工程技術對模式生物進行改造優化，并利用改造后的模式生物進行環境監控及毒理學研究。郵箱：bianwanping@cigit.ac.cn

馬彥博，博士，助理研究員。2013年6月博士畢業于中國科學院水生生物研究所，研究方向為環境毒理學。在讀研期間主要開展了持久性有機污染物氯酚類化合物的內分泌干擾毒性研究，尤其在有機污染物對模式魚類的分子毒理學機制及生態毒理學效應評價等方面有較豐富的研究經驗。博士期間曾獲得2012年研究生國家獎學金、地奧獎學金一等獎和多項所級獎學金。馬彥博博士先后在環境毒理學領域國際前沿期刊Aquatic Toxicology, Toxicology, Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry等發表SCI論文四篇。

陳艷玲，博士，助理研究員。2012年12月獲得了法國圖盧茲第三大學分子生物學博士學位，2013年在法國國家研究院從事博士后研究。國外留學期間，主要從事真核生物的核糖體蛋白裝配與核糖體RNA成熟過程通路研究，系統地研究了RNA解旋酶以及端粒酶抑制因子在核糖體蛋白組裝與rRNA前體加工通路中的作用機理。其研究成果發表在EMBO J等國際著名學術期刊中。

四、科研平臺介紹　

環境與健康研究中心擁有四個實驗室平臺，其中包括：斑馬魚養殖與注射操作試驗室、分子生物學實驗室、細胞培養與操作實驗室、環境污染物毒理學實驗室。主要以斑馬魚為模式動物和人體細胞系為研究材料，開展環境污染物毒理機制研究、環境污染物檢測等相關研究工作。
